These terms govern your use of shoppuravo.com (the “site”) and everything you buy from it. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are dealing with

The site is operated by Puravo. Written correspondence goes to contact@shoppuravo.com; our address is 1112 S Melrose St, Casper, WY 82601, United States, and our phone number is +1 307 355 1858. Support is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to place an order and to hold the payment method used.
We sell to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom, for delivery to an address in one of those two countries.
The information you give at checkout must be accurate and yours to give.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch, and our confirmation email is a receipt of the offer, not the acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a pricing or listing error occurred, or where the address cannot be served; in every such case you are refunded in full immediately.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars for US orders and pounds sterling for UK orders, and include any sales tax or VAT due. The price at the moment you order is the price you pay, including any promotion applied at checkout. If we ever make an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you with the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

5. Delivery

6. The 60-day home trial and the 2-year guarantee

Your rights under the 60-day home trial and the 2-year guarantee are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you hold under consumer law that cannot be limited.

7. Using the products

Puravo products are household appliances and cookware for home use. Follow the printed guide supplied with each product, including the electrical and placement instructions for appliances and the care instructions for cookware.
Appliances are supplied with the plug and voltage for the country of sale and must not be used with adapters or on a different supply.
The measured figures printed on our packaging and product pages state the conditions under which they were taken. Performance in your home depends on the room, the setting and the conditions, which is what the 60-day trial is for.

8. Reviews and submitted content

By submitting a review, photo or message you grant us a non-exclusive right to publish it alongside the name you supplied. We do not publish your email address. Ask us to remove your content at any time and we will.

9. Our content

Everything on the site, including text, images, graphics, test data and the Puravo name and mark, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Disputes

Talk to us first: almost everything is fixable in one email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located there, unless the consumer law of your state or country grants you rights or a venue that cannot be waived. If you are in the United Kingdom, nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your right to bring a claim in the UK courts.
