Is it as good as the big brands?

Yes, at the job it is for, and you have 60 days to see for yourself. You do not get the showroom, the app or the filter subscription. You do get a pump on the dehumidifier, a battery you can swap on the vacuum, and a glass bowl in the air fryer, which the big brands mostly leave out.

How loud is it?

The purifier is 23 dB on its sleep setting, quieter than a fridge in the next room. The dehumidifier is 48 dB or under on high, about the level of a normal conversation. On high, you will hear it. That is what a dehumidifier sounds like, and it is why it has a quiet setting for nights.

What does it cost to run?

Each product page shows what it costs in electricity per day, and what you will need to replace and how often. The purifier's filter lasts about a year of normal use and you buy it when you need it, no subscription. The pans have nothing to replace at all.

Do the pans rust, and does food stick?

Ours is treated so it does not rust, so there is no seasoning to do and you can wash it like any other pan. An egg slides on it from day one. It darkens with use, which is normal for this steel, and we show you day 1 next to day 90 so it is not a surprise.

How do I know the pans are really coating-free?

Every batch of our cookware is tested by an independent lab for PFAS, the chemicals in non-stick coatings. The lab report is on the product page, with the lab's name, the date and the result, and you can download it.

What if it breaks after a year?

You email us and we repair it or replace it. The warranty is two years on every product and covers the compressor, the motor, the battery and the pans. You do not need to register anything or keep a receipt, and we cover the shipping.

How big and how heavy is the box?

It is listed on every product page next to the price, in both metric and imperial. The dehumidifier is the heaviest thing we sell; it has four castors and a fold-away handle for exactly that reason.

Do the pans work on induction? Which plug do I get?

All Puravo cookware works on any stove, induction, gas, electric or glass, and goes in the oven. Appliances ship with the plug and voltage for your country. Nothing needs an adapter.
